R'IMESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid
y the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beingixft at Peconic, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and designated as Lots #9 and 1110 on a
certain map entitled, "Map of Bailey Park, Peconic, Long Island,
New York, April 1926, D.R. Young, Surveyor, Riverhead, New York"
and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s Office on September 26,
1932 , as Map 111097, bounded and described according to said map
as follows :
BEGINNING' at a point on the southerly side of Fasbender Avenue
Dist. 1000 where same is intersected by the division line between 1110 and 1111
on the above mentioned map;
' Sec. 0670D RUNNING THENCE South 28 degrees 00 minutes East, 140.45 feet to a
monument ;
Blk. b60o THENCE South 62 degrees 45 minutes West , 100.00 feet ;
THENCE North 28 degrees 00 minutes West , 140.45 feet to the southerly
Lot ()a 61C0 side of Fasbender Avenue;
THENCE North 62 degrees 45 minutes East, along the southerly side
of Fasbender Avenue, 100 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
Together with all right , title and interest of, in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed dated November 19, 1980 and recorded
December 17, 1980 in Liber 8930 cp 567.
Premises known as : No# Fasbender Avenue, Peconic, New York
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply.
