L. Penney; thence along lands last mentioned the following three

22.29 feet tolands now or formerly of Irma Reeve; thence along said
lands of Irma Reeve the following two courses: North 450 051 East

the southerly line of Westphalia Avenue; thence South 700 441 East
along the southerly line of Westphalia Avenue 156.75 feet to the
monument and lands of Martin Sidor at the point or place of beginning.
