running thence along the easterly line of said lands of James Roman

set on the southerly line of lands of Sacred Heart Church; running
thence along the southerly line of said lands of Sacred Heart Church
South 770 25' 50" East 78.91 feet to a monument and lands of Lawrence
Reeve; running thence along said lands of Lawrence Reeve, South 50

East 196.69 feet to a monument, and continuing thence along
the same course 1 inch to a pipe set on the northerly line of New
Suffolk Avenue• runningg thence along the northerly Line of New Suffolk
Avenue, South 67° 19' y.0" West 75 feet to the pipe set at the point
or place of beginning. Said courses and distances being according
