the first part, and
THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH OF THE SACRED HEART AT CUTCHOGUE
IN THE COUNTY OF SUFFOLK IN THE STATE OF NEW YORK, a religion
IN corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of
the State of New York, having its principal place of worship
at Main Road, Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideratio
of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the
party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of t�e party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the
buildings thereon erected, situate, lying and being at
Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, hounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the northerly line of Main Road
where the same is intersected by the division line between
the premises herein described and land now or formerly of
