Dear Mr. Cappa:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
during their regular meeting held on November 17, 1988, regarding
the above referenced property:
WHEREAS the Town Trustees have personally viewed and are
familiar with the request of the applicant to erect a ground sign
on property located on Main Road, Southold.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Trustees approve the request
made by Armando Cappa for a waiver to erect a ground sign the
west side location on property within 75' of wetlands, property
is located on Main Road, Southold. This approval is subject to
the following:
This approval is subject to any other agency or departments
approval that may be applicable.
Please return to the Building Dept. for a determination on
the need of any other permits that may be required for this
project.
