NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Southold Town Trustees approve the request made by Armando Cappa for a waiver to erect a ground sign the west side location on property within 75' of wetlands, property is located on Main Road, Southold. This approval is subject to the following: This approval is subject to any other agency or departments approval that may be applicable.
