that certain lets, pieces or parcels of land, situate, lying
and being at Fleets Neck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, known as the Map of property of RAUTONE REALTY CORPORATION
at Fleets Neck, Cutchogue, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point, which said point is North 570 45' East, three hand

'i and on the northerly side of a proposed road, named Stoutenburg Road;
running thence North 320 15' West along the westerly side of a further
proposed road, named Hamilton Road, a distance of one hundred and fifty

hundred and fifty (1.501) feet to the northerly side of Stoutenburg
