DESCRIPTION OF ACTION: Application submitted by En-Consultants, Inc. on behalf of George and Bess Candelles to construct 63 ± lin. ft. of timber retaining wall plus two 40' returns. Backfill with 350± cu. yds. of clean sand to be trucked in from commercial upland source. Property located on 365 North Road, Greenport. The project has been determined not to have a significant effect on the environment for the following reasons: An environmental assessment has been submitted which indicated that no significant adverse effect to' the environment are likely to occur should the project be implemented as planned.
