BEGINNING at a stake set in the northwesterly line of Oldjulane
which stake is located 211.81 feet more or less on a course of
S. 560 271 low W. from a concrete monument set in the northwesterly
line of Olejulane at the intersection of the premises of Stella Thum
and premises of Doris E. Wilaberg and whth monument is the southwest-
erly corner of lands of Doris Wilsberg conveyed to her by Julius
Zebroaki by deed dated January 2, 1951 and recorded in Suffolk County
Clerk's Office in Liver 3176 ofdeeds at page 191; running thence from
said stake so situated 120.0 feet more or less in a northwesterly
direction along other lands of the party of the first part to a stale
in the southeasterly line of a proposed private road to to known as
"Nuart Lane" thence, along said southeasterly line of Nuart Lane
S. 610451 306 W. 100.0 feet more or less to a stake set in said south-
easterly line of Nuart Lane; thence, S. 240 551 20e E. 129.32 feat
more or less to a stake set in the northwesterly line of Olejulane;
thence N. 560 271 10e E. 103.0 feet more or less along the northwester y
line of Olejulane to the point or place of beginning.
