Dear Mr. Just:
The above referenced property was inspected. The proposed single
family dwelling, associated sam~tary system wm~h waterline,
telephone and electrical hookup, decking, driveway and guest
house with sanitary system, waterline, telephone and electrical
hookup. There shall be no construction located with 108' of the
freshwater wetlands line as per DEC and a 75' buffer area shall
be established, is out of the Trustees jurisdiction as per map
dated 7/24/96.

Dear Mr. Krupski:
At the present time~ we are seeking a "Letter of No
Permit Necessary" for certain activites at this site, Mrs.
Campbell is seeking to construct a single family residence
with associated sanitary system with waterline, telephone and
electrical hookup, decking, driveway and guest house with
associated sanitary system with waterline, telephone and
electrical hookup. There shall be no construction located
with + 108' of the freshwater wetlands line as recently
located by the staff of the N.Y.S.D.E.C. and a 75' buffer
area (no clearing) shall be established between said buffer
area and any clearing.
For the Board's review, we've enclosed copies of the
survey of the site as prepared by Chandler, Palmer & King
last dated 7/24/96. As always, should you have any comments
