of the Wetland Application of DAN KELLY 26-1-20.1 to replace lower stringer
on bulkhead; replace woo~en sheathing on two jetties; extend existing dock
facility by installing 3' x 20' aluminum ramp. and a 6' x 2L~{ float dock
secured by two 2-pile dolphins.

install access walkway and stairway to beach: One (1) u2 x 19' walkway; two
(2) 3' x 20' horizontal walkways; four ([t) 3' x 20' stairways; and one (1) u~, x
8' mid-platform.
The CAC i~ecommends approval provided the staircase is elevated a
minimum of ~' above the grade and area under the stairs ~s revegetated to
prevent erosion.

replace, in-kind, in-place. 3~ x 27E catwalk and 6~ x 28~ timber dock;
approximately 100~ bulkhead, which will connect to existing backing system;
backfill void areas behind bulkhead with clean sand. approximately 15 cubic
yards; reinforce northerly section of bulkhead with two pilings.
The CAC recommends approval provided the ramp is elevated 3~- [P above
the grade and there is a buffer area as specified in the Town Code (100-215).
