Box 1179 Southold, New York 11971 Telephone (516) 765-1892 Fax (516) 765-1823 July 11, 1994 George Koch Mount~Beulah Ave. Southold, NY 11971 Re: Charles & Penny Burnham SCTM %t000-70-6-19 Dear Mr. Koch: The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees d~ring its regular meeting held on June 30, 1994 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, George Koch on behalf of CHARLES AND PENNY BURNFuXMapplied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated May 23, 1994 andr WHEREAS said application was referred to the Southotd Town C6nservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and, WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on June 30, 1994 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Beard has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the townr NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees approves the application of George Koch on behalf of CHARLES AND PENNYBURNBLAM to renovate existing residence on same foot print except for the southerlY end which will be extended 30', as per survey dated April 22, 1993. Located Pine Neck Re,ad, Soukhotd. Permit will expire two years from the date it is signed. Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified upon completio~ of said project. They measured the distance from house to the wetland line and found it to be within the 75' jurisdiction. If you have any questions, please call our office. Albert J. RECOMMENDATION OF LETTERS OF NON-JURISDiCTION NJ4 Moved by Bruce Loucka. seconded by Robert Keith. it was RESOLVED to TABLE the request for a Letter of Non-Jurisdictlon for LAURENCE NIEBLING 119-1-18 to remove dwelling and construct new dwelling, garage, deck and driveway. Construction to be landward of the topographic crest of a bluff in excess of 10 foot contour elevation and the construction will be a distance greater than 75 feet from the water. The CAC tabled the request because it needs additional information, it is unable to determine if the wall is within the Trustees' jurisdiction. Nassau Point Road.
