RE: Rebuilding of existing stairs
Dear Mr. Burger:
On May 17, 1990, the Board of Trustees inspected your intended
project referenced above, and made the following determination:
No permit is required by the Trustees if the stairs will be
rebuilt as they now exist. There should be no change in the
width or length.

Dear Gentlemen/Madam:

leading to beach, on our property located at 4275 Stillwater Avenue,
Cutchogue, New York 11935.
Due To deteriorating conditions, which have made the stairs very
dangerous to walk on.
Please send me the necessary information as To how I can begin
this project.
