WHEREAS, the Beard members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premisesinquestion and thesurrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation s~bm_itted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standard set forth in Chapter 37-18 of the Southold Town Code, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the pro~ect as praposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town. NOW THEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees grant a Wetland Permit todredge to a depth of 3' below MLW (approx. 50 c.y.) in bulkhead as per drawing dated 4/15/96. Also to extend permit 84324 for a period of one year from the date of expiration. Located Cie Jule Lane, Mattituck. and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this determination should not be considered a deterraination made for any other Department or Agency which may also have an application pending for the same or similar project. Permit to construct project will expire two years from the date it is signed. Fees must he paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date c~ this notification. Box 1179 Southold, New York 11971 At the meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council held March 25, 1996 the following recommendation was made: 133~ Moved by Robert Kelth, seconded by Kenneth Meskill, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL WITH STIPULATIONS of the Wetland Application of RICHARD S. BURDEN and LORRAINE BURDEN 122-11-15 and 16 to dredge creek in front of bulkhead to a depth of three feet at Iow tide. I disagree that I should have to pay another $150.00 for two reasons. 1. I did not precede with any part and I have not moved even one shovel of dirt pending your final decision. Therefore your trustees separated the project I did not. Under this pre_mis you could possibly divide my project into 3 or 4 different projects each requiring $!50.00 fee. 2. Most of the fill that lies at the bottom of the creek was brought about by the town~umping silt and dirt, etc. in my back yard. Sincer~ely, Richard S.
