given in and by said last will and testament,and in consideration of

Ytl ALL those certain lots, tracts or parcels of land situated, lying
and being at Nassau Point, Cutchogue, Town of Southold, Suffolk
County, New York, being more properly described as Lots #196,
197 and 198 on a certain map entitled "Amended Map A of BDffbIBBw
illy Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc. situate pn Nassau Point,
Suffolk County, New York," filed on Au ust 16, 1922 in the office
of the Suffolk County Clerk as Map #155.
The above three lots are contiguous and have total
dimensions of approximately three hundred seventy-six (376)
feet in width on Old Cove Road, two hundred sixty-two (262)
feet in width in the rear, three hundred thirty (330) feet
depth on the east side and two hundred eighty (280) feet
depth on the west side thereof.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the
party of the first part of, in and to the said Old Cove Road
as it adjoins the above described premises to the center line
thereof.
The above three lots are more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly side of Old Cove
Road at the intersection of the division line of lots #198
and 199 on said map, which port is also seventy (70) feet
northeasterly from the corner formed by the intersection of the
northwesterly side of Old Cove Road and the northeasterly
side of Wunneweta Road;
Running thence along said division line North thirty (30)
degrees zero four (04) minutes twenty (20) seconds West two
hundred sixty-eight and eighty-two hundredths (268.82) feet
to the division line of lots #198 and 200 on said map;
Thence along said division line North eighty-two (82)
degrees zero four (011.) minutes forty (40) seconds East one
hundred fourteen and zero seven hundredths (114.07) feet to
the division line of lots #200 and 197 on said map;
Thence along said division line and the division line of
lots #196 and 201 on said map North eighteen (18) degrees
thirty-five (35) minutes fifty (50) seconds East one hundred
fifty and twenty-five hundredths (150.25) feet to the division
line of lots 196 and 195;
Thence along said division line South fifty-seven (57) '
