York, and filed in the office of the County Clerk of Suffolk
County, New York, August 16, 1922 File No. 156, being more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Old Cove Road where
the same is intersected by the southerly end of.a curve, which
curve connects the northerly side of Old Ojve Road with the wes-
terly side of Wunneweta Road and from sa'.f point of beginning
running thence westerly aling the ncrt� :ly Ride of Old Cove Road
as the same curves 302 feet more or lei -a the easterly side of

BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly aide of Old Cove Road
at the intersection of the division line of lots 198 and 199 on
said map which point is also 70 feet northeasterly from the
corner formed by the intersection of the northwesterly side of
Old Cove Road and the northeasterly side of Wunnsweta Road-
running thence along said division line north 30 degrees 04
minutes 20 seconds west 268.82 feet to the division line of
