Nineteen Hundred and Fifty-four Between GEORGE H. DIC.PERSON and MARIE F. DICNERSON, both residing at East Main Street, Cutchogue, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York parties of the first part, and JOHN MADZELAN and HELEN MADZELAN, his wife, both residing at 60 Sound Avenue, Riverhead, Suffolk County, New York parties of the second part, Witnesseth that Use parties of the first part,in consideration of ONE AND ft - ' ' Dollar (81.00 ) lawful rnooey nery oof the, United,States, and other good and valuable consideration paid by the part Ise of the second part,do hereby grant and release unto the parties of the second par(, their distributees and assigns forever,all that piece or parcel of land situate in the Village of Cutchogue, Suffolk County, New York, as shown on a certain Map of Lots sold by Mr. H. L. Fleet, Cutchogue, New York, Monumented May 31, 1924, F. F. Overton, Surveyor, and bounded as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of the Main South Road, formed by the intersection of the southerly side of the Main Road with the easterly side of Fequash Avenue, at a certain cement monument, and running thence in an easterly direction 74.5 feet to e road monument; thence 25.5 feet to a certain cement monument; thence southerly and along land of Raymond Sanford (formerly land of Estelle E. Hand Towns) a distance of 171.2 feet to a certain cement monument adjoining the land of Edmond Mahoney (formerly land of Alice Howard); thence running westerly along land of Edmond Mahoney (formerly land of Alice Howard) a distance of 100 feet to a certain cement monument on Fequash Avenue, and running thence northerly and along the east side of said Fequash Avenue a distance of 153.9 feet to a certain cement monument to the point or place of beginning. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the par- ties of the first part, of, in and to the Main South Road and Fequash Avenue lying adjacent to the said property to the center line thereof. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantors herein by Forrest Gordon by deed dated February 20, 1948 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on February 24, 1948 in Liber 2801 of Deeds at Fage 307. The above described Premises are situate in the Ton of Southold, Suffolk County, New. York.
