wife, residing at 809 Bth Avenue] Brooklyn 15, New York, as tenants
by the entirety,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,de,the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
I or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being Lola at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as and by the
Lot Number 64 on a certain map entitled "Amended Map of Property
of Mattituck Park Properties, Ince, Mett St at k, N.Y." made by Daniel
R. Young, Surveyor, and which said map was filed on January 12,
}; ti 1926 in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk as Map
i. Number 801.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party
-- of the first part of, in and to that portion of Sigsbee Road adja-
cent to said premises to the center line thereof.
TOGETHER with the right to said party of the second pert and
the heirs, successors and assigns of the party of the second part, to
use in common with the other owners of lots shown on said map, the
tract shown on said map es Sigabee Park for park purposes, under
such conditions, limitations and restrictions as Mattituck Park
Properties, Inc., or its successors or assigns may impose. Such uae
to be such as in the unrestricted judgment of said Mattituck Park
Properties, Ino., or its successors or assigns, will not unreasonably
interfere with the use and enjoyment of said Sigabee Park by the
other owners of lots on said map.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by deed dated February 23, 1939 from Frank.T.
Horton and Minnie D. Hortonj his wife, and recorded in Suffolk
