THIS INDENTURE,made the /s2 day of
nineteen hundred and fifty-Six BETWEEN ELHAR REALTY
CORPORATION, a domeatic corpoaation having St's principal
place of business at 133 Sunrise Highway, Rockville Centre,
Nassau County, New York,
party of the first part,
and W. HARRY LISTER, residing at 69 Berkshire Road, Rockville
Centra, Nassau County, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of
TEN (510.00) . .Dollars, lawful money of the United States, and other
valuable considerations,
paid by the party of the second part,do as hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns forever,
ALL those certain tracts pieces or parcels of land
situate at Fleet's Neck at Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold
County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described
as follows:-
PARCEL Al- Northerly by land now or formerly of George H.
Fleet; Easterly by land conveyed on September 30, 1924 by
George H. Fleet and Kate B. Fleet, his wife, to Eugene O.Winan ;
Southerly by the highway and Westerly by land now or formerly
of George H. Fleet. BEING a lot of land having a width of 95 f t
on the Northerly side; 100 feet on the Southerly side and a
depth of 250 feet on the Easterly and Westerly sides with the
privilege of using a 15 foot right of way to beach between
the property nor or formerly of Brautigan and Dicke.
PARCEL B:. Northerly by land of George H. Fleet; Easterly
by land of Robert J. Potter; Southerly by the Highway and
Westerly by land conveyed on September 30, 1924 by George H.
Fleet and Kate B. Fleet his wife to Edna K. Winans. BEING a
lot of land having a wiAth of 55 Peet on the Northerly side
and 95 feet on the Southerly side and a depth of 250 feet on
the Easterly and Westerly sides with the privilege of using a
15 foot right of way to beach between the property of Brautigar
and Dicke.
Said Parcel A being all of that tract, piece or parcel of
land which was conveyed by Edna K. Winans to Allen A. Dicke
and Amber L. Dicke, his wife by deed dated January 20 1938
New York in Liber 1966 at Page 58 on January 25, 1938.
and recorded in the Suffolk Lunty Clerk's office at Riverhead,
Said Parcel B being all of that tract, piece or parcel of
land conveyed by Lillian Winans and Edna K. Winans to the said
Allen A. Dicke and Amber L. Dicke, his wife, by deed dated
