WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last
will and testament,and in consideration of

BEGINNING at a monument on the southwesterly line of Fleet's Neck Road,
1249.75 feet southeasterly along said southwesterly line from the

conveyed by the party of the first part to Arthur Schwarz; from said
point of beginning running along, said southwesterly line of Fleet's
