paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assign of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,Piece or pared of land, situate,
dying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of ew
York, known and designated as Lot No. 1 on a certain Map entitled
"Revised Subdivision, Property of Alonzo Jersey, being Plot 282,
Nassau.Point Club Properties, Inc. at Peconic, N. Y." made and
completed April 21, 1930 by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Professional Engineer
and Land Surveyor, filed in the Office of the County Clerk, Suffolk
County, New York, April 28, 1930, file number 763, and which map
superseded Subdivision made May 9, 1923 and filed in said County
.Clerk's Office in File No. 640, and being more particularly bounded
and described as follows:
I�''BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Northwest Loop where
+.same is intersected by the dividing line between Lots 1 and 20, as
";shown on said map, said beginning point being the southwesterly corner
of the premises herein conveyed; running thence northeasterly along the
dividing line between said Lots 1 and 20 and along the easterly lines
of Lots 19, 18 and 17, 372 feet more or less to the point of intersec-
tion of the southerly lines of Lots 11 and 16 and the southwesterly
=,line of Lot 12, being also the point forming the northwesterly corner
iof said Lot 1, all as shown on said map; thence southeasterly along
the dividing line between Lots 1 and 11, as shown on said map, 90 feet
#to the point formed by the intersection of the dividing line between
1.Lots 10 and 11 with the dividing line between Lots 1 and 2, all as
' shown on said map; thence southwesterly along said dividing line
between Lots 1 and 2, 320 feet more or less to the northerly line of
Northwest Loop; thence northwesterly and southwesterly along said
northerly line of Northwest Loop 100 feet more or less to the point or
place of beginning.
BEING a part of the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
