152.15 feet; S. 230 30' E. 134.32 feet; and N. 880 52' E. 31 feet to the
highwater line of Mattituck Creek; running thence southwesterly along the
highwater line of Mattituok Creek 28.41 feet more or less to land now or
formerly of Alonzo F. Robinson; running thence along said Robinson'sland

southerly corner of the old Grist Mill Property; running thence along

thence along the northerly line of Mill Road,

said road at the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part in, to and over the Mill Road lying in front of or adjacent to
the above described premises and the Traveled Roadway too that crosses a
southeasterly portion of same.
AND TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part in and to the lands adjoining the above described properties on
the northeast and southeast thereof, that lie beneath the waters of
Mattituok Creek.
SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions and easements, if any, of record,
affecting said premises.
