BEGINNING at a concrete monument at the corner forced by the intersection
of the southerly side of Glenwood Road with the westerly side of Betts
Street; running thence South 14 degrees 07 minutes 3u seconds East,
along the westerly side of Betts Street, 50 feet to a concrete monument
and land now or formerly of Alfred M. Searing; thence South 63 degrees
38 minutes 30 seconds West partly along said land, 123.93 feet to a
jconcrete monument; thence North 32 degrees 12 minutes 30 seconds West,
y6,51 feet to a concrete monument on the southerly side of Glenwood
3o ad; thence North 66 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds East along the south-
erly side of Glenwood Road, 140,45 feet to the corner the point or place
of beginnine.

of the first part, of, in and to the streets and roads abutting the
above described premises.
