HARRISON (sometimes known as Mabel G. Harrison) residing at No. 120 Kensington Road, Garden City, Long Island, N.Y., widow of and sole devisee under the Last Will and Testament of William H. Harrison, deceased, late of Nassau County, N. Y. party of the first part,and DR. J. GRANT HARRISON, residing at No. 115 Euston Road =i Garden City, Long Island, N. Y. and WILLIAM H. Three Hundred and twenty- nine (329) end Three Hundred and thirty (330) on map entitled "A=nded Map Aof Nassau Point, owned by Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc. situated in Town of Southold, Long Island, N. Y.", surveyed June 28, 1922 by Otto W. Van Tuyl, C. E. & Surveyor, Greenport, N. Y., and filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County, N. Y., August 16, 1922, file no. 156; and each consisting of approximately 1 1/8 acres. BEING the same premises conveyed by Robert C. Adams and Kate S. Adams his wife, to the Grantor and, her husband, the late William H. Harrison as tenants by the entirely by deed dated May 27, 1931 recorded in May 29, 1931 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 1580-p£ Deeds at Page 187. ALSO that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate, .lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York and known and designated as lots numbers three (3) and thirty-four (3/,) on a certain map entitled, ^Subdivision Map, Property-of Walter- C. Grabie, situate onNassau-Point, Peconic, N.Y." i made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, March 29th, 1938 and filed in the ' \ Suffolk County Clerk's Office, April 19th, 1938 as Map No. 1257. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the narty of the first part in and to land lying in Harbor Road and Lowland 1 Road R in front of and adjoining the above described J 8 premises to the L center lines thereof respectively. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of the first part of, in and to land lying under water of Great Peconic Ba in front of and adjoining to Y J g t number three (3)- It is understood and agreed between the parties hereto that this conveyance does shot convey any land lying under the waters of the Canal adjoining lot no. thirty-four (34).
