The above premises are further described as follows: BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the nortLerly side of a 20 foot right of way III leading to 'Wickham Avenue, said monument being 97.5 feet fron the inter- sectio; of the northerly side of said 20 foot right of way and the westerly side of Wickham Avenue, (said concrete monument also being at the southwest corner of t he lremises herein described, adjoining land of ii Baker on the west); running thence in a northwesterly direction along said land of Baker and through a concrete monument 165 feet, more or less to highwnter mark of Mattituck Creek; running thence in an easterly direction along Auttituck Creek 45.68 feet, rrore or less, to land of Albrecht; running thence in a southeasterly direction, through an iron }ire, 152 feet, n.ore or less, along said land of Albrecht to an iron pipe set on the northerly side of said 20 foot right of way; running thence along the northerly side of said 20 foot right of w ayv South- westerly, 47.21 feet to the concrete monument and point or place of beginning.
