thereon, situated at laettituek, Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York,
Alibounded an the North by Mattituck Creek; on the East by land of Albrecht;
on the South by a private way and on the West by land of Baker.
II TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of
the first part of, in and to waters and the Land under the waters of
Mattituck Creek lying in front of and adjoining the above described
premises.
TOGETHER with the use of a 20 foot private right of way for access
between said premises and Mattituck Creek.
The above premises are further described as follows: BEGINNING at
a concrete monument set on the nortLerly side of a 20 foot right of way
III leading to 'Wickham Avenue, said monument being 97.5 feet fron the inter-
sectio; of the northerly side of said 20 foot right of way and the
westerly side of Wickham Avenue, (said concrete monument also being at
the southwest corner of t he lremises herein described, adjoining land of
ii Baker on the west); running thence in a northwesterly direction along
said land of Baker and through a concrete monument 165 feet, more or less
to highwnter mark of Mattituck Creek; running thence in an easterly
direction along Auttituck Creek 45.68 feet, rrore or less, to land of
Albrecht; running thence in a southeasterly direction, through an iron
}ire, 152 feet, n.ore or less, along said land of Albrecht to an iron
pipe set on the northerly side of said 20 foot right of way; running
thence along the northerly side of said 20 foot right of w ayv South-
westerly, 47.21 feet to the concrete monument and point or place of
beginning.
