situate in the Toon of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly shorn of Mattltuck
Crook whore the high water line is intersected by the division lin
between the lands of Vivian D. Gildersleeve, reputed owner on the
Neat, and the lands of Pe Harvey Duryea Estate, reputed owner on
the oast; running thence southeasterly along the extension of the
aforementioned division line 128-' feet to a point 110.00 foot dia-
tant northerly, measured at right angles from station 50x30= of t
hereinafter described survey line for Middle Road Extension, C.R. !
27A; thoncs southwesterly along an are deflecting to the right and
having a radius of 1799.86 feet, an are distance of 97t feet to a
point on the division line (extended southeasterly) between the
lands of Vivian D. Gildersleeve, reputed owner on the sent, and the
lands of P. Harvey Duryea Estate, reputed owner on the west, the
last montloned point being 110.00 feet distant northerly when
measured at right angles from the said survey line; thence north-

westerly along the last mentioned divia ion line 931 feet to the
above mentioned high water line of the north shore of Mattituck
Creek, thence northeasterly along the said high water line 911
feet to the point of beginning: containing within the above des-
cribed bounds 0.228 acres more or less.
The above mentioned survey line is a portion of the survey
line for the Middle Road Ratension, C.R. 27A, as shown on a map
on file in the office of the Superintendent of Highways of Suffolk
County.
The Town of Southold reserves for the County of Suffolk, it
legal representatives, together with the Contractor, his workmen
and employees, the right, license, and privilege to enter upon the
promisee described herein until January 1, 1957for the purpose of
constructing a hydraulic fill without becoming or being hold liabl
for trespass or for any damages whatsoever, otherwise this convey-
- ante shall be null and void.
