Gxearport, N. Y. and filed in the office of the County Clerk of
Suffolk County, N. Y. August 16, 1922, File No. 156.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and/interest of the party of
the first part of, in and to the land under water of Little Peconic
Bay, abutting said premises.
SUBJECT to covenanter restrictions and easements, if any of
record, affecting said premises.
