LIBEa4218 PA 102 THIS INDENTURE made this 15th Say of Oct:', 1956,
between JOSEPH DEERKOSKI, as Executor of the Last Will and
Testament of STANLEY DEERKOSKI, a/k/a STANLEY DZIRGOSKI,
a/k/a STANISLAW DEERGOSKI, a/k/a STANLEY DEERKOWSKI, decease ,
residing in Mattituck, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, party of the first part, and PETER DEERKOSKI, residing
in Mattituck, New York, and FELIX DEERKOSKI, residing in
Mattituck, New York, parties of the second part, witnesseth
that
WHEREAS by an order of Hon. Edgar F. Hazleton,
Surrogate of the County of Suffolk, granted and entered in
the said Surrogate's office of the County of Suffolk on the
151hday of Oct;-, 1956, in a certain proceeding then pending
j ientitled "State of New York, Surrogate's Court, County of
Suffolk, In the Matter of the Judicial Settlement of the
i account of Proceedings of JOSEPH DEERKOSKI, as Executor of
the Last Will and Testament of STANLEY DEERKOSKI, a/k/a
STANLEY DZIRGOSKI, a/k/a STANISLAW DEERGOSKI, a/k/a STANLEY
DEERKOWSKI, deceased," party of the first part hereto was
ordered and directed to convey the premises herein described
for the payment and distribution of their respective shares
it in the said premises to the parties entitled thereto, to
the parties of the second part upon their complying with
the terms and conditions of a certain contract entered into
between them,
NOW THE SAID party of the first part by virtue
of the power and authority given him in and by the said
iorder and in consideration of the sum of Thirty Thousand
($30,000,00) Dollars lawful money of the United States paid
by the said parties of the second part, doth hereby grant an
release to the said parties of the second part, their heirs and
assigns forever the following described property:

together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situated
at Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
bounded and described, as follows:
North by land of W. A. Tuthill Estate;
East by Elija's Lane
South by Middle Road,
West by land of Martin Sidor and ors,
Containing 21 acres.
PARCEL II: All that tract or parcel of land,
together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situat d
at Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
bounded and described, as follows: i
North by Middle Road;
East by Eli]ats Lane
South by Long Island Railroad, and !
West by land of Boleslaw Kruk
Containing 11 acres.
