land conveyed or about to be conveyed to McMahon; and running along
said northerly line of Oak Drive, S. 690 23' 50" W. 75.83 feet to a
stake and land conveyed or about to be conveyed to Quicker; thence
along said land, N. 120 O8' 10" W. 151.35 feet to a stake; thence
along other land of the parties of the first part 2 courses asfollows.
(1) N. 690 23' 50" E. 67.94 feet to a stake; thence (2) N. 790 12' 10"
E. 7.80 feet to a stake and said land conveyed or about to be conveyed
to McMahon; thence along said land, S. 120 08' 10" E. 150.0 feet to
