That the parties of the first part, in consider-

parties of the second part, do hereby grant and release unto the
parties of the second part, the heirs and assi=_ns of the parties

lying and being at Mattitnck, in the Town of aouthhold, County
of Suffolk, and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows, viz:-
BEGINNING at an old monument on the westerly side of the lane
known by the name of Luther Lane where same is intersected by the
southerly line of land of Pars. J.' .d. Shard and running thence
along the land of the said Mrs. J.Q.A. {yardnorth eighty-six
degrees twenty-five minutes fifty seconds (860 25' 50") west
one thousand two hundred and ninety (1,290) feet to another old
monument, thence still along the land of Mrs. J.Q.A. Surd south
ten degrees four minutes thirty seconds (100 4' 30") east three
hundred and ninety-six and eleven one-hunaredths (39b.11) feet
to a monument and land formerly of �hirley Cox, thence still
along the land of PSrs. J.q.A. lJard south eighty-two degrees
fifteen minutes thirty seconds (820 15' 30") west five hundred

monument at the southwest corner of said land of Pre. J...A. bard,

monument, thence still along land of Mrs. J.'y.A. 'ward south -

of Long Island Souna. Again commencing at the point of beginning
at the old monument standing on the west side of Luther Lane, and
running thence along the westerly side of said Lane south twenty

twenty-six and fourteen one hundredths (26.14) feet to another
. stone monument and land of Otis Cox, running thence along land
of said Otis Cox north eighty-six degrees twenty-five minutes
fifty seconds (860 25' 5o") west one thousand two hundred fifty
and fifty-seven one hundredths (1250.57) feet, thence still along
land O Otis Cox south ten degrees four minutes thirty seconds
(10 4 30' ) east three hundred ninety and thirty-five one hundredths
(390.35) feet to mother monument, thence still along land of Otis

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the
Parties of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof;
