BEGINNING at a monument set in the southerly line of lot 64 as shown on
a certain Map entitled, "Amended Map of Mattituck Heights, Property of Gustav
Bayer, at Mattituck, Suffolk County, New York, surveyed by Otto, W. Van Tuyl,
Greenport, New York, on July 10, 1935," and filed in the office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on July 24, 1935 as Map No. 1184, where said Southerly line of Lot
64 on said Map is intersected by the division line between Plot ICI and Plot ID, as
shown on the aforesaid map;
RUNNING thence North 31 degrees 04 minutes 30 seconds East along the

now or formerly of Comiskey and again crossing Farm Road and through a monument
a distance of 252.90 feet to the monument at the point or place of beginning.
