Beginning at the intersection of the southerly side
of Meday Avenue, and the easterly side of Illinois
Avenue, and running south along the easterly side
of Illinois Avenue for a distance of 123.0 feet;
thence running easterly parallel with the southerly
side of Meday Avenue for a distance of 53.85 feet
to the westerly side of Lot No. 40; thence in a
northerly direction along the westerly side of
Lot No. 40 for a distance of 122.0 feet to the
southerly side of Meday Avenue; thence west along
the southerly side of Meday Avenue for a distance
of 53.62 feet to the place of beginning.

map called Map of Tollewood, Mattituck, Long Island, and filed in the
County Clerkts office at Riverhead, New York, January 25th, 1927,
