BAKER and PAULINE F. BAKER; his ei&,f P,&tp.rt, residing at 353 West South Orange Avenue; South Orange; Essex County; New Jersey; - ,party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of TEN . Brom an Adeline R. Brown; his wife; 228.40 feet to a concrete monument theme (3) along the easterly side of land of J. W. Cooper No th 230151 West 170 feet to a stake• North 22044140'' West 122.20 feet to another stake; North 21x09110" West 290.74 feet to another stake; North 24003130" West 208.51 feet to a concrete monument set in the top of a bluff; North 250081 West 348.92 feet to the mean high water mark of Long Island Sound; thence (4) along said high water mark easterly to the point or place of beginning; all dimensions being given more or less. TOGETHER with the privilege to the party of the second part; their heirs; executors; administrators and assigns of using a right of way 25 feet wide from the northerly side of Bergen Avenue on the easterly side of farm land owned now or formerly by Edwin H. Brown and Adeline R. Brown South of the premises herein described and to the South of.plots heretofore sold by the said Edwin H. Brown and Adeline R. Brown to Rose Rohdenburg and to Harrison Smith; and the right to use the road connecting with said right of way and running in a westerly direction therefrom and then in a northerly direction to a right of way laid out by the said Edwin H. Brown and.Adeline.R. Brom ; immediately South of the said two plots sold to said Rose Rphdenbnrg and Harrison Smith; and the privilege of using the p _ latter to the premises hereinabove described; but; with. the proviso that at any time; if the said Edwin H. Brown and Adeline R.
