THIS INDENTURE,made the 30 t0� day of October
nineteen hundred and fi£ty�six BETWEEN WILLIAM EASTMAN and
KATHARINE EASTMAN his wife; both residing at 7837 Midnight
Pass Road; Sarasota; Florida;

residing at 353 West South Orange Avenue; South Orange; Essex
County; New Jersey;

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of
TEN . Dollars, lawful money of the United States, and other
valuable considerations
paid by the party of the second part,do hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part, their heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that tract or parcel of land situate; lying and being
in Cox's Neck; in or near Mattituck Suffolk County New York;
and being a part of what is gem known as the L Lindsay

BEGINNING at a point on the mean high water ark of the
shore of Long Island Sound; where the easterly boundary of
land now being described joins land owned by Rose Rohdenburg�
running thence (1) along said Rphdenburg land South 23023140'
East 1137.45 feet to a cedar stake; thence (2) South 68011150"
West along land belonging now or formerly to Edwin H. Brom an
Adeline R. Brown; his wife; 228.40 feet to a concrete monument
theme (3) along the easterly side of land of J. W. Cooper No th
230151 West 170 feet to a stake• North 22044140'' West 122.20
feet to another stake; North 21x09110" West 290.74 feet to
another stake; North 24003130" West 208.51 feet to a concrete
monument set in the top of a bluff; North 250081 West 348.92
feet to the mean high water mark of Long Island Sound; thence
(4) along said high water mark easterly to the point or place
of beginning; all dimensions being given more or less.
TOGETHER with the privilege to the party of the second
part; their heirs; executors; administrators and assigns of
using a right of way 25 feet wide from the northerly side of
Bergen Avenue on the easterly side of farm land owned now or
formerly by Edwin H. Brown and Adeline R. Brown South of the
premises herein described and to the South of.plots heretofore
sold by the said Edwin H. Brown and Adeline R. Brown to Rose
Rohdenburg and to Harrison Smith; and the right to use the road
connecting with said right of way and running in a westerly
direction therefrom and then in a northerly direction to a right
of way laid out by the said Edwin H. Brown and.Adeline.R. Brom ;
immediately South of the said two plots sold to said Rose
Rphdenbnrg and Harrison Smith; and the privilege of using the p

latter to the premises hereinabove described; but; with. the
proviso that at any time; if the said Edwin H. Brown and
Adeline R. Brown shall see fit to provide a different road x

connecting the right of way mentioned and the last mentioned
- right of way and grant the .right to the Darty, of the first par (�
� herein, his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns to
use the same, the said Edwin H. Brown and Adeline R Brown
shall have the right to make such change.
TOGETHER with all the appurtenances and estate of the party
of-the first part in and to said premises including any and al right,
title and interest of the party of the first part in land unde
the waters of Long Island Sound and--ripaiian rights, if any.
BEING and intended to bethe same premises conveyed by
Edwin H. Brown and Adeline R. Brown to William Eastman by
deed dated January 27, 1926, said deed being recorded In the
Suffolk County Clerk's office at Riverhead, New York, on
February 2, 1926 in Idber 3.168 at Page 128. '
