and WINTHROP ANDERSEN and ALICE ANDERSEN, his wife, residing at South

westerly,of the northerly line of Brower Road, being the southeasterly
corner of land of V. J. and Josephine Meters; running thence along the
westerly line of said Westview Drive, S. 110.171 20" E. 100.0 feet to a
monument) thence along other land of the parties of the first pert at
right angles to said westerly line of Westview Drive, S. 780 421 40" W.
162 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water mark of Mattituck Creek;
thence northerly along said ordinary high water mark about 100 feet to
said land of V. J. and Josephine Maters; thence along said land of
Maters, N. 780 421 40" E. 158 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
