Dear Mr. Byrne:
The following action was taken by the Board of Trustees during
their regular meeting held on February 26, 1987 regarding the above
referenced matter.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Trusnees DENY without prejudice the
Grandfather Application submitted by Peter James Byrne to register
a dock in Arshamomaque Pond, Southold. The Trustees determined that
a new permit application would be required as this would be a new
structure.
Enclosed for your convenience is a Wetland Application.
