does hereby grant and release unto the part i e is of the second part,
their heirs and assigns forever, all that piece or parcel of land
situated at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk State of
New York being the westerly 20 feet of Lot No. 63 as shown on a
certain map entitled "Amended Map of Mattituck Heights Property of
Gustav Bayer at Mattituck, Suffolk County, New York" made and sur-
veyed by Otto W. Van Tuyl, surveyor, of Greenport, New York and
filed in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on July 24, 1935 as Map
No. 1184, said premises being further bounded and described. as
follows; On the North 20 feet by Bayer Avenue, on the East 150 feet
by the remaining portion of Lot 63 on said map, on the South 20 feet
by plot B on said map, and onthe West 150 feet by Lot No. 64, owned
by the parties of the second part.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party
of the first part of in and to Bayer Road, adjacent to said premises
to the center line thereof.
TOGETHER with the use in com=ion with others of a right of way 8
feet wide to and from Wickham Avenue to Long Creek, a branch of Matti-
tuck Bay, to pass andrepass on foot only, said right of way commencing
at the northerly ,junction of Middle Road. and Wickham Avenue, at a
concrete monument, running in a westerly direction eight (8) feet;
thence running in a northerly direction 130 feet parallel with the
boundary of Hubert ',', Klein and Gustav Rayer, to mean highwate- mark
of Long Creek; thence running in an easterly directidn 8 feet along
Long Creel=_ to land of Hubert Klein; thence running in a southerly
direction along the western boundary line of Hubert W. Klein 130 feet
to a concrete monument, the northerly ,junction of Middle Road and .
Wickham Avenue, the point or place of beginning.
