APRIL , nineteen hundred and fifty-seven
between WILLIAM H. MASON, and HARRY E. MASON, both residing at New Suffolk,
Suffolk County, State of New York,

and existing under the laws of the State of New York and having its
principal office at Shore Acres, Mattituck, Suffolk Bounty, New York,

paid by the part y of the second part, do hereby grant and release unto the part y of the second
Pan, its successors and awigas forever,
ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate at "Westview", at
Mattituck in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
"BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the Easterly line of Westview Drive, 150 .0
feet Northerly along said Easterly line from Brower Roadt said point of
beginning being the Northwesterly corner of land conveyed by the party of
the first part to Breslau; from said point of beginning running along said
Easterly line of Westview Drive, North 110 171 20" west 75.0 feet to an
iron pipe; thence along land about to be conveyed to the party of the
second part North 710 42" 40" East 135.0 feet; thence along land of the
party of the first part, South 110 17' 20" East 75.0 feet to said land of
Breslau; thence along said land of Breslau South 710 429 40" West 135.0
feet to the point or place of beginning."
TOGETHER with all the right title and interest, if any, of the II
parties of the first part in and to the highway known as Westview Drive
in front of said premises to the center line thereof.
TOGETHER also with any rights as now exist, or may be created and
laid out leading to the waters of Mattituck Creek, to be used in common
with all other owners of "Westview."
BEING the same premises conveyed by the parties of the first part
to the said parties of the second part, by Deed dated November 29, 1956
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 30, 1956
in Liber 4222, at Page 329, this being a correction deed given for the
purpose of correcting the name of the party of the second part, to reads
A. REILLY AND SONS, INC., instead of ARNOLD REILLY AND SONS,
INCORPORATED.
The above property is subject to covenants and restrictions contained
in the former deed.
