BEGINNING at monument on the westerly line of Maple avenue,
128.12 feet northerly along said westerly line from the Main Road,
said point of beginning being the northeasterly corner of land of
the party of the first part; from said point of beginning running
along said land, S. 740 561 20" W.t; 100.0 100.0set to a monument;
thence along land of the Pike Estate, N. 159 031 40" Wa - 130.06
feet to a monument; thence along land of Maneri, N. 74 221 00" E.-
100.0 feet to a monument on said westerly line of Maplg Avenue;
thence along said westerly line of Maple Avenue, S. 15 031 40" E.-
131.06 feet to the point of beginning.
Being and intended to be the northerly part of property
conveyed by Emilia T. Pike to Sidney H. Gildersleeve and Ruth A.
Gildersleeve by deed dated November 14, 1956 and recorded in
Liber 4220, Page 231, on November 27, 1956 in Suffolk County Clerkls
Office.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties
of the first part of, in and to said Maple Street as it adjoins the
above described premises to the center line thereof.
This property shall be used for residential purposes only; and
this restriction shall run with the property hereby conveyed and
