The completed work involved the construction of 139 linear feet of timber bulkhead including two 27 feet returns on soil-surfaced ramp and 7 feet return on south side and construction of 5 foot by 65 foot fixed pier~ 2.5 foot by 12 foot ramp, 7 foot by 20 foot and 5 foot by 20 foot "L" shaped float arrangement secured by 3 pilings° The purpose fo~ the completed work is to protect the an~licant~s property from erosion and provide recreational facilit~s. The above completed work was performed without prior Department of the Army authorization. The ~ew York Distr%ct Corps of Engineers, having reviewed the matter, has aeclined at this time to initiate legal proceedings for the undertaking of the unauthorized work.
