Please note that all t~e reconstructio~ work will result in

Similar replacement work has been done in Schoolhouse

The enclosed diagram shows the property owned by John G,
Fisher, John K. Watson, and the late Ca~let~n H. Endemann.
The oroperty is on School House Creek in ~ew Suffelk and is used
for docking of boats from t9 feet to 32 feet.
At present there are 5 docks extending into the creek~
They were built at least 40 years ago and it was decided that
this year we would begin replacing them with floats and tames
rather than try to keeo um with new pilings year after year]
The presen~ docks 1~ 2~ and 3 are all about 65 feet long
and we would like to replace these three this year with floats
30 feet long. As shown in the diagram~ the floats would be
s~orter ~nan the existing docks. The old docks are ~ feet wide;
the new floats would be 5 feet for s~abillty. In another year
we would replace docks ~ and 5 with 20 foot floats. Ail new
floating docks would ride on two pilings apiece and be connected
to shore by famos of about 15 feet.
I would appreciate it if you eoutd let me know wha~
permits~ app!ications~ or fees are necessary to be filed before
any work begins on ~is project. Thank you very much.
Sincerely,
Frederic B, Endemann
