point of beginning being also at the westerly boundary line of premises
recently conveyed to George H. Tyrrell and wife; running thence in a
westerly direction along the northerly side of Bungalow Lane 100 feet t
premises recently conveyed to William L. Barker Jr. and wife; running
thence along said land of Barker North 49 deg. 1$' East 320 feet more or
less to the highwater mark of Deep Hole Creek; running thence easterly
along the highwater mark of Deep Hole Creek to the westerly line of lance
recently conveyed to George H. Tyrrell and wife; running thence in a
southwesterly direction and parallel to the westerly boundary of these
premises as described in the second cowse above 280 feet more or less
to the northerly side of Bungalow Lane at the point or place of beginni g.
TOGETHIR With all the right, title and interest of the parties of
the first part in and to Bungalow Lane adjoining said premises.
TOGETHER Also with such rights as parties of the first part may hate
in and to the waters of Deep Hole Creek and the land underneath said
waters adjoining said premises to the center line of said Creek.
BEING The same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part
by John A. Tandy, Maria W. Tandy, Mary J. Brown, Emma Johnson, Elliott
Vurgason and Howard Vurgaeon by deed dated September 30, 1946, recorded
in the County Clerk's Office of Suffolk County October 28, 1946 in Liter
2641 of Deeds for said County, page 341.
SAID Lots are !mown for identification as Lots 10 and 11 as shown
on a map made by Otto W. Van Tuyl dated December 9, 1%3, it appearing
from said impthat the tract in which the above lots lie is comprised
