as executor of and trustee under the last will and testament of

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last
will and testament,and in consideration of
Olin THOUSAND FIVi's HIII7DRED AND 00/100 - - - - - - - - - - - - dollars,
lawful money of the United States, paid by the patty of the
second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the patty of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land, ,situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, at Fleetts Neck, near Cutchogue, bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the southwesterly line of Fleet's Neck
Road, 1499.75 feet southeasterly along said southwesterly line from
the Main Road, said point of beginning being the easterly corner of
land of Stankiewicz; from said point of beginning running along
said southwesterly line of Fleetts Neck Road, S. 450 29' E. 100.0
-r/ feet; thence along land of the party of the first part,two courses,
as follows: (1) S. 440 311 W. 150.0 feet; thence (2) N. 450 29' 17-
100.0 feet to a monument; thence along said land of Stankiewicz
N.44e 31' E. 150.0 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right,title and interest of the party of the
first part in and to land lying within the bounds of Fleet's Neck
Road adjacent to said premises to the center line thereof.
SUBJECT to the following covenants and restrictions:
That not more than one dwelling shall be constructed on the premises
for each 100 feet of road frontage; that any house or bungalow
erected or maintained shall cost not less than $7000.00, and shall
be at least 35 feet back from the front boundary line of the lot,
including porch and piazza. That no outbuildings shall be erected
