ALL that certain piece or parcel of land, situate lying and being
at Mattituck in the Town of Southold County of Suffolk and State of
New York in the area known as "Westview" and more particUlarly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake set on the Easterly line of Mayflower Road,200.0
feet Southerly along said Easterly line from piestview Drive; from said
point of beginning running along land of the parties of the first part,
three courses as follows:-
(1) North 7P42140" Fast 150.0 feet to a stake; thence
(2) South 11017 2011 East 100.0 feet to a stake; thence
(3) South 7804214011 West 150.0 feet to a stake on said Easterly
line of Mayflower Road; thence along said Easterly line of Mayflower k
Road, North 11017' 201 west 100.0 feet to the point of beginning. }
