the easterly line of land last mentioned North 4.3 deg. 39' 40" West
111.24 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the partyori' they
first part, if any, of, in and to Mary's toad and Hill 3trret adjoining
the above described premises on the East and South respectively to the
center lines thereof.

the party of the first part by Mary J. Pianasek by deod dated January 17,
1948 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 19,
1948 in Liber 2793 of deeds at page 186.
