February 26. 1996 the following recommendation was made:

remove and replace (in same location and configur )
241 g timber bulkhead, Backfill with 150 c.¥. of clean sand
topped with 40 +/-c.,/. of topsoil trucked in from upland source. There will be
no dredging. Concrete ramp will remain. ^ tt~ x ~_p_~latform will be removed
and replaced.
The Council recommends approval with the condition that there be no
topsoil and that a 20= non-turf buffer be maintained.
