THIS INDENTURE, made the day of March, 1957, between
leA DELE H. STERLING, residing at lattituck, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk
County, New York, individually and as Administratrix of the goods, chattels
and credits of RALPH WARREN STERLING °157 known as R, 7AHREN STERLING, late..
of the Town of Southold, deceased, hereinafter described as the party of the
first part; and RAY40ND T. GRAHAM and RLLA M. GRAHAM, his wife, as tenants
by the entirety, both residing at Cutchogue, Suffolk County, New York, herein-
after described as the parties of the second part,

of Suffola, granted end entered in the said Surrogate%s Court of the County
of Suffolk on the ?$9 day of March, 1957, in a certain proceeding then

Property of the said decedent for purposes of distribution," (120-A-1943), the
party of the first part hereto was ordered and directed to convey the premises

given her in ona by the said order and In consideration of the sum of THREE
IF.OUSAND SIX HUNLRED (43,600.00) Dollars, lawful money of the United States,
raid by the parties of the second part, doth hereby grant and release unto the
parcles of the second tart, their heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that tract or parcel of land, situate, lying
and being near Feconlc, in one Town of Sout'nold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, known
and designated as Lots Numbered 56, 57, 58 and
59 on a certain map entitled "7:Op of Nassau Partys,
situate at Peponlc, Suffolk Co., N.Y." filed in
tae Suffolk County Clerk's Office on harsh 28,
1935, alit No. 1179, EXCEPTING T.IIc'r,3F'RUM the east-
erly or northeasterly 120 feet of each of said
lots, the premises herein described being and
intended to be portions of said Lots ?lumbered 56,
, 58 and 59 and said portions taken together
being more particularly bounden and described as
