her heirs and assigns forever, all that treat or boreal of land with
the buildings thereon, situate at Paconic, in the Toms of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded Southerly by the North Road running from
Peconic to Mattituek; Westerly by land of Lewis R. Case; Northerly by the several
lends of William A. Skippon and Lewis R. Case; and Easterly by land of Frank T.
Horton, supposed to contain about Twenty-eight acres, be the same core or less,
and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Henry R. Grathwohl ty three deeds
one, dated December 17th, 1888, made by Barnabas T. Hillard and maria J. his wife,
and retarded January 24th, 1889, at 9 o'clock A.M. in Liber 316 of deeds, at page
94, one dated Dec. 17th, 1888, made and executed by Alonzo W. Case and Annie E.,
his wife, and recorded January 24th, 1889, at 9 o'clock A.M. in Liber 316 of Deeds,
at page 95, and one dated November 5th, 1894, made and executed by Lewis R. Case
and Hannah A. his wife, and recorded February 18th, 1895 at 9 o'clock A.M. in Liber
424 of deeds at page 142.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Henry E. Grathwohl and
Lillian Grathwohl, his wife, to James Lenehan by deed dated January 8th, 1910 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clark's Office on January 15, 1910 at 9 A.M. in
Liber 708 of deeds at page 410.
