of Greenport, New York, and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on July 24, 1935 as Map No. 1184, said premises being further
bounded and described as follows. On the North 55 feet by Bayer Road;
on the West 150 feet by land of Tyler; on the South 55 feet by Plot D
as described on said map; on the East 150 feet by the party of the
first part.
