($ 1.00 ) lawful money of the United States, and other good and
valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,
do hereby remise, release, and quitclaim unto the part of the second part,
his heirs and asci-Insforever, all that certain lot, niece or
parcel of land with the improvements thereon situate, lying and being
in the village of Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York bounded and described as follows: One and eighty-neva
hundredths acres of land more or less, bounded on the north by land now
or formerly owned by Clara B. Miller 75 feet; on the east by land now o
or formerly owned by Joshua T. Young 975 feet; on the south by Mattituc
Creek 100 feet; and on the west by land now or formally owned by
Sybil T. Young 974 feet, subject nevertheless to a right of way 24 feet
in width extending east and west across the premises, said right of way
being 6 feet south of the line dividing the premises now or formerly
owned by the said Clara B. Miller and the premises hereby conveyed.The
said premises are designated as "Parcel No. 2" in a deed bearing date o
Oct. 16th 1907 from David T. Young and Sybil T. Young executors of
Salah Young late of Mattituck to Salah Young Jr, recorded in Suffolk
County Clerks Office in Liber 641 of deeds page 207 on the 26th day of
Oct. 1907.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of
the second part by Selah P. Young, David T. Young and William D. Young
by deed dated May 1, 1939 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerks
Office on May 12, 1939 in Liber 2039 of Deeds, at Page 427, it being the
intention of the parties of the first part to convey and release herein
their inchoate right of dower and any other right, title or interest in
said premises which they may have.
