as and by the slap Pro. 539; said property starting 281.30 feet from
the intersection of the southe^ly side of Fleetwood Road with the
northeasterly side of Peouash Avenue.
TO^.FTFER with a free and unobstructod right of way over and upon
Fleetwood Road and last Road to pass and repass on foot, with
animals or vehicles, to the beach at East Creek, together with
the privilege of using for bathing nurposes that part of the beach
at East Creek, which lies easterly of a poLnt marked by a cedar
bush growing on said beach. Said rights of way and the right to
the use of the beach to be used by the parties of the second part,
their heirs, legal repr.sentativas and assigns in common with owners

STIBJECT to any and all covenants and restrictions of record
affecting said premises.
TOGETHER with the right to the use of the following describdd
strip to be used in common with others as a right of way to
