Licensed Surveyor, Greenport, N.Y." and filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk's office as and by the map #1179.
TOGETHER with a right of way over Pine Tree Road and Sterling
Road each 50 feet in width as shown on the aforesaid map.
BEING the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part
by deed dated August 22nd, 1936, recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's
office in Liber 1879, at page 61.
